Delivery & returns
Order Processing
The order processing time (preparation for shipping) from receipt of payment and provided that all necessary delivery information has been provided, is:
- 1 to 2 business days
- 10 to 15 business days for resizing
These times may be extended in exceptional circumstances or during holiday periods.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.
Delivery
Your jewelry will be shipped with a case and invoice (serving as a certificate of authenticity), in a neutral and tracked package, insured, by UPS or a similar carrier.
The package will be delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. An email address must be provided to receive notifications from the carrier. It is highly recommended to also provide a mobile phone number.
The average delivery times observed (to be added to the order processing time) are:
- 1 to 3 business days in Metropolitan France (up to 5 days for Corsica)
- 2 to 5 business days for the European Union
Please note: ETOILE GRENAT cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier. In case of delivery outside Metropolitan France, all potential customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
You will receive notifications from the carrier (UPS or similar) indicating the package number and the estimated delivery date. You can track the delivery progress on the carrier's website or in your order tracking.
Receipt
The package will be delivered against signature. In case of absence, it will be sent to the nearest relay point (UPS or similar).
Any reservations and observations in case of anomaly on the package must be immediately indicated to the delivery person and reported to our customer service within a maximum of 24 hours at the following address: contact@etoilegrenat.fr
Returns
You can exercise your right of withdrawal by notifying us within 14 days of the date of receipt of the package (Article L121-16 of the Consumer Code), at the following address: contact@etoilegrenat.fr. The return procedure will be communicated to you by return email.
We will not accept any returns without prior notification to our customer service.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund (flat fee of €12).
In case of return of an item without its original case, an additional amount of €5 may be charged.
The customer is responsible for the return shipment of the items.
Items must be returned with their packaging accessories and invoices within the same period, i.e., within 14 days after the date of receipt of the package. Items must be properly packaged and protected, and the package adapted to this type of fragile item.
Only the return label provided by Etoile Grenat may be used to return the item. It must be printed correctly and legibly, then affixed to the package by fully taping it with transparent adhesive tape.
This right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been personalized at your request (resizing, engraving...)
Refund
The refund for a returned item, strictly after prior notification to our customer service, will be made within 5 days after receipt and verification of the item. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund (flat fee of €12). In case of return of an item without its original case, an additional amount of €5 may be charged.
The item must be returned in its original condition with its case and invoice. It must not show any anomaly caused by the customer (use, wear, deterioration...), and must not have been personalized (resizing, engraving...). A workshop verification will be carried out to confirm this.
In case of any anomaly found on the item, or loss or theft of the package, no refund will be issued.
